Happenings @ the Farm
Our 3 acres at Big Canyon Farm in Middletown, California is located just 2 miles from the famed Harbin Hot Springs. Since the Valley Fire in 2015 burned through our amazing Valley, we've re-built our magnificent farmhouse, workshop and barn buildings with a renewed vision of what this land can offer.
We've personally designed and rebuilt our farmhouse with repurposed materials and local craftsmanship. We planted an orchard and gardens. We've revived our outdoor kitchen and dining terrace for a very special gathering space, under the shady canopy of one of our enormous oak trees. We have Airstream glamour camping. All of this overlooking an awe-inspiring view of vineyards, mountains and a peaceful golden valley.
In addition to AirBnB and VRBO rentals of the farmhouse, Big Canyon Farm is available as gathering space for gatherings, workshops and other community-building purposes.
We call these our “Happenings” at the Farm.
Big Canyon Farm hosts occasional Happenings (posted below), and is available for rental as a space for others to use to host gatherings, workshops, and community functions.
Join us for a weekend of music, camping, and free-thinking the future on the Farm! A donation-based gathering on the land to come together for live music, workshops, kids activities, community-building and more! Join us for the day, or stay for the weekend for this magical and uplifting gathering!

Big Canyon Farm is continuing our vision to secure this land, to bring more community together through gatherings, workshops, music, and food to uplift and realize this mission.
But it takes a community to create this. This is where you come in!
